IIMPact stands apart from traditional networking events by attempting to spark initiatives and that result in lasting impact rather than ‘one-and-done’ discussions and transactional networking.

We aim to create actionable policy and business impact that drives positive societal and economic change and aligns the IIM alumni community around shared purpose.

Participants

The complex challenges of our time require interdisciplinary solutions. That’s why IIMPact brings together decision-makers, policymakers and investors from diverse industries. This cross-pollination of ideas fosters innovative approaches to complex challenges that single-sector events simply cannot achieve. Since many of the key participants are drawn from alumni, we are also able to foster more free-flowing and ‘trust-based’ conversations vs PR-style scripted keynotes.

Format

Our format emphasizes deep networking and experiential presentation of issues, with solution-driven workshops taking precedence over passive listening. At IIMPact, participants don’t just absorb information—they actively co-create actionable strategies for real-world implementation.

Outcomes

IIMPact aims to spark initiatives that result in lasting, positive impact. We try hard to create an environment where meaningful relationships form and collaborative opportunities emerge. These could take the form of partnerships, business deals or even policy input.
